Our treatments are focused on helping women find balance and alignment in their pelvis and body throughout pregnancy easing common discomforts, supporting mobility, and helping the body prepare for birth in a more functional and supported way.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postpartum healing is just as important to us. Whether you\u2019re recovering from a vaginal birth or cesarean birth, we offer hands-on care and education designed to support healing, restore comfort, and help you reconnect with your body after birth. Our team has specialized training in pregnancy and postpartum anatomy, pelvic health, body mechanics, and recovery, allowing us to tailor care to your unique experience and goals.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond treatment, we believe education and support can completely change the pregnancy &amp; postpartum experience for families. We offer classes, one-on-one education, and supportive services for expecting and new parents including breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery guidance, sleep support, newborn education, nutrition information, and hands-on care during the early stages of parenting.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is more than a massage therapy clinic.
